WE ARE destroying the Earth. 

We Must end the age of black fossil death fuels, and get on with All Renewables. 

Case in point: COP 27 : 

From the Guardian :" We are destroying the Planet", according to the sponsors of a report by some of the largest food and farming businesses released on Thursday. The report, from a taskforce within the Sustainable Markets Initiative (SMI), a network of global CEO's, focused on climate issues established by King Charles III, is being released days before the start of the United Nation's, COP27 climate summit in Egypt. 

Extracts: " pace far too slow"........misdeeds and greenwashing........Activist Greta Thunberg boycotting COP this year......."We are at a critical tipping point where something must be done, : said the taskforce chair Grant Reid. Agriculture is the world's largest industry, .... uses 70% of fresh water supplies..... it would be easy to reduce our focus on scaling regenerative farming. But we believe it's vital ......the report is signed by Bayer, Mars, McCain Foods, McDonalds, Mondelez, Olam, PepsiCo, Waitrose and others...... unlikely to address the real issues."

Agriculture is responsible for about a third of greenhouse gas emissions and we are well over 400ppm now, which is devastating as we increase. We must move to sustainable gardening and personal, family, community based greenhouses are a very good answer to stability and self sufficiency, and on a Planetary scale; lifesaving. 

The flooding, fires, droughts, temperature extremes, super storms, and sea level rise are existential threats to our survival as a species on Planet Earth, we have no way out other than to adapt to the new conditions by moving north, building climate resilient architecture and stopping all fossil fuel pollution and ecosystem destruction. 

The Renewable Energy transition is essential for our wellbeing and survival. 

In this Industrial Civ. we are in a real world mega game of Monopoly, most are familiar with this game: It always ends the same: the rich and powerful, accumulate vast resources and the rest go bankrupt until the game collapses. 

At Davos Economic forum, held every year by the rich and powerful, the economists argued if this was,. or was not the case in the real world, the side representing the 

"not so" case lost ! In the MIT study for 40 yrs. the case is well made that the world Industrial civilization mode will reach inevitable decline by 2040. Conclusion : WE MUST change our financial system. 

The monetary system has changed over the civilization types dramatically; in Hunter Gatherers it was trading jewelry, goods and services directly; in the Agricultural we invented coins of copper, silver and gold, and in the Industrial; we invented paper money and credit accounts, now we need to move to Universal Currency Credits. These are backed not by market valuations ( fiat currency / fractional reserve central banking ) , or the gold standard of the past, but by the actual goods and services themselves. Simply put: Barter with Credit, Online: this allows for local, regional, country, world currency transactions that are not bound to political power, as Universal Currency can only be used to transact goods and services. There are 8 billion persons on the Planet, and nearly 4 billion are in poverty, and 1% own vast billions in valuations. WE, all of humanity, can no longer allow billionaires and billions in poverty; we must transition to a new monetary system. We have the computational ability and we have the resources, we just need the mechanism of transition: individual, family, and community action, as corporations are bound by the monopoly game rules of profit over people, this must be replaced by People over Profit in an equatable Electronic Exchange System. 

Patriarchy; in which the sexual genders, and orientations are not equal has been the structure  all over the planet from the deep past. Yet not over all adaptive evolutionary time. Many cultures around the globe have not been patriarchal; the Mosou of China and the Yananamo of the Amazon are examples. The best example is in our line that split into Troglodytes ( common chimps ), Pan Paniscus ( Bonobo ) and Homo Sapiens ( US ) 3 to 5 million years ago. The Bonobo literally Make Love, not War, as they do not murder each other, ever. as we do constantly, as does the common chimp: patriarchal and aggressive society. Our aggressive and violent society is self destructive and we are approaching critical devastation as personal guns and weapons of mass destruction threaten our polling places ( Judge rules against armed drop box intimidators in Arizona ), and our planet ( Ukraine war descends into hell, as Russia / Putin, devastate the world of peaceful relations and bring us closer to World Chaos and War.

Interestingly, as males often use force in the form of money, knowledge and violence, females often use more democratic and healthy means : just as in the Bonobo. " Far from our war torn world, in Bonobo society sex  is managing to keep the Peace" Paige , PBS 1996 Documentary. Because society is influenced by two major drives: Violence        ( might is right ) and Sex ( love conquers all ) . Males often use their stronger muscles, intimidation and violent behaviors, while females often use their sexier bodies, attractive and sexual behaviors to ease tensions, and resolve issues. Practically in society, control by Force or Democratic influences are key to survival. Patriarchy in sex negative culture must be replaced by sex positive culture , in which equality is the rule, and sexual orientations and multi family forms are acceptable. Monogamy and Heterosexuality are not the only forms acceptable to the Electronic Civilization.
